On September 19, 2010, at Lorrach in Baden-Wurttemberg, Sabine Radmacher, forty-one, a lawyer, killed her estranged husband and their five-year-old son at the family flat, set an explosion there, then drove to the St Elisabethen hospital, entered the children's ward armed with a sporting rifle, and shot a male nurse dead. She was shot dead by police special units at the scene.
