Jacqueline Annette Williams took part in the killing of a pregnant woman and two of her children on one night in Addison, Illinois, in order to take the unborn baby. This is a single incident and it is flagged as such.

She was born in 1966. On November 16, 1995 Debra Evans, twenty-eight, was shot and stabbed at her home; her almost full-term baby was cut from her body and taken alive. Her daughter Samantha, ten, was killed in the house. Her son Joshua, seven, was taken away and killed the following day. Two men were also convicted. The baby survived and was recovered by police.

Williams was arrested the next day and sentenced to death on May 11, 1998. In 2003 Governor George Ryan commuted the death sentences of every condemned prisoner in Illinois to life imprisonment without parole, and hers with them.
