Sentenced to death in April 2006. Nothing accessible records whether the sentence was carried out.

The killings were placed in 2001 and 2002 in Ahmedpur East, in the Bahawalpur district of southern Punjab. The victims were elderly women, raped and strangled in their homes. Six or seven deaths were attributed to him.

He was arrested in February 2003, and he was sentenced to death in April 2006.

One detail in the accessible reporting deserves to be recorded, because it is the only independent check that appears anywhere in the file: a Pakistani newspaper reported in February 2003 that the chemical examiner's report did not support the police account of the case as it had been given publicly at the time of the arrest. What became of that discrepancy at trial is not recorded in anything available.

Beyond that there is no judgment, no account of the evidence, and no report of the sentence being carried out. Pakistan had a moratorium on executions from 2008 to 2014 and resumed afterwards; nothing accessible records what happened to him. The entry stands on the conviction, with the contradiction noted.
